Green Guitar Folk House hosts a special night of music! A collaboration that hasn't happened in a decade, Kasey Rausch and Caleb Gardner (Konza Swamp Band, Little Miss Dynamite) play a duo set of music, including songs from her first album, Born Near the Waters to celebrate it's approaching 20th anniversary. This will be an opening set for bluegrass greats, Chris Jones & The Night Drivers.

The Green Guitar Folk House is a Kansas City-based music series featuring nationally touring singer-songwriters. Doors: 6:30 Music: 7pm; Advanced tickets recommended to reserve limited seating.

Chris Jones & the Night Drivers make some of the most distinctively elegant yet driving bluegrass music heard anywhere today. Deeply rooted in tradition but never bound to it, they deliver original music with tight arrangements, emotional authenticity, and engaging humor. As actor and banjo player Steve Martin says, “Chris Jones’ voice is there with the great masters,” adding that the Night Drivers are “some of the best players in bluegrass.”
