Kasey learned this song from her late music makin' Uncle Terry Rausch, who always had his boot tapping to every song he played. To honor him, a microphone was placed at Kasey's boot to capture that sound throughout the song. It was recorded at one of the oldest bars in Memphis, TN, Earnestine & Hazels by former Sun Studio Head Engineer, Curry Weber. A video is also available for the song, shot, directed and edited by Kip Cole, former Director of Photography of the Sun Studio Sessions TV show.
